What Countries/Areas do we ship to?

We ship to all states within the US. This excludes inhabited territories such as Puerto Rico , Virgin Islands, Guam, Samoa, and District of Columbia.

No international sales.
 

Do we accept returns?

We are shipping perishable product and therefore are not able to accept returns. Unlike items that have a longer shelf life, items that are perishable cannot be restocked or resold.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Smoothie Prescription for good reason, please contact info@prenatasmoothies.com within seven (7) days of receipt. We will happily review you your order and any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution which may include replacement of the product in question, credit towards your next box, or a partial/full refund.

What is the recommended smoothie ordering quantity?

We recommend that customers purchase up a 2 week supply of PreNata Smoothies in order to avoid interruptions in their prenatal supplement daily intake and to also take full advantage of shipping prices.
